CREATE THE NEXT STEPS OF YOUR MODERN LOVE STORY WITH CONFIDENCE

WRITE THE NEXT CHAPTER OF YOUR MODERN LOVE STORY

Your next chapter depends on the present.

You have your own sense of independence, interests, and ideas. You’re drawn to each other’s ambition, curiosity, and see potential in one another.

We don't know where to begin.

I'm afraid to say what I'm truly feeling. I don't want to hurt you, and don't want to feel misunderstood.

We’re good at being independent.

We don’t know how to talk to one another without an argument.

I feel responsible for your feelings. These are statements that I often hear from couples. The process of the Igniting Intimacy workshop will give you insights and actions to evolve your relationship.

MAKE YOUR RELATIONSHIP MATTER

Family of Origin

You probably already know the struggles around where you spend the holidays, witnessing the fight break out at your cousin’s wedding, or feel the anxiety creep up as you think about planning your wedding with family in mind. Understand where you’ve come from to know where you’re going. Family of origin work will help you navigate difficulties as you differentiate yourselves as individuals, a couple unit, and navigate family of origin matters.

Yours, Mine, & Ours

How do I commit to you without losing me? This is a question many couples ask repeatedly throughout life stages. Let’s navigate how to maintain your sense of self and bridge togetherness. You’ll learn practical techniques for maintaining emotional closeness, fostering vulnerability, and sustaining a passionate connection. This final segment will empower you to keep the spark alive and nurture a deep, loving bond.

Communication

Relationships thrive when partners understand the key components of effective communication. In this session, we’ll explore the essential pillars of communication— emotional expression, intentional listening, curiosity, and conflict resolution. You’ll learn how to discuss hard topics, creating a foundation that can stand the test of time.

Expectations for the Road Ahead

Do topics like finances, children, career changes, and home buying stress you out? This session will help you set realistic expectations for the future and identify potential areas of growth. You’ll learn how to tackle shared goals, plan for the unexpected, and stay adaptable as you move through different stages of life together.
